Trata de entender c\u00f3mo podemos desarrollar nuestras habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n con el fin de ejercer influencia sobre las decisiones de las personas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed que desarrolla seis principios de la influencia, en la ciencia de la persuasi\u00f3n, que pueden ser ense\u00f1ados, aprendidos y aplicados, \u00e9stos son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Reciprocidad: Si una solicitud viene precedida de un regalo inesperado tiene mayor potencial de convencer a los potenciales clientes.
